{family} Menu Monday

This Saturday evening we will be decorating our Christmas tree. Hence the h'orderve style dinner I have planned for that night. When I asked my husband whether he'd rather I make him stromboli or cocktail franks (since I don't really care for either), he said "both!" ;)

{monday} Rigatoni with Sausage & Meatballs in Tomato Sauce
{tuesday} Chicken Cutlets with Baked Sweet Potatoes and Green Beans
{wednesday} Three Cheese Macaroni with Kale
{thursday} Sauteed Pierogies with Peas
{friday} Quesadillas with Garden Salad
{saturday} Stromboli, Cocktail Franks, and Brie with Fruit & Crackers :)
{sunday} Sausage & Mushroom Pizza

    Thanks for the dinner inspiration... I think we're doing meatballs and pasta tonight, too! And I'm glad someone else makes chicken cutlets, since nobody around here seems to! :)
