Menu Monday

Well, I might have gone a little overboard with the corned beef and cabbage (can't resist a good sale at the grocery store!) so I had to find some creative ways to use up all our leftovers this week. Thank goodness for the internet and its endless supply of recipes!

{tuesday} Spaghetti & Meatballs (in honor of St. Joseph's Day :)
{wednesday} Irish Colcannon
{thursday} Reuben Sandwiches with Garden Salad
{friday} Baked Potato Soup
{saturday} Baked Ziti with Ceaser Salad
{sunday} Palm Sunday Dinner at my Parents' :)
