~ capturing the context of contentment in everyday life ~

{pretty}

Peonies are blooming!

{happy}

Lettuce for our salad, fresh from the garden.

{funny}

Chubby hands scrambling for candy at the Memorial Day Parade. (Too bad that lollipop was pepperoni pizza flavored!?)

{real}

 I despise colds in the summer so here is our arsenal of natural remedies: any suggestions that I can add to the collection?

  1. Hi Laura, Your lettuce looks scrumptious! Fresh grapefruit is always a good thing to keep the vitamin C flowing. I swear by it! Have a good week!

  5. Yay for garden goodies, gorgeous peonies and parade fun!! I thought it was just down right against the rules to be sick in the summer!
    For natural remedies you show a lot of what I already know too. However, I swear by gargling warm salt water several times a day for sore throat. Seems to clear up much faster. ;)
