Valentine's Day Manicotti

Instead of going out to dinner, each year for Valentine's Day I prepare my husband's absolute favorite dinner: my Grandmother's, made from scratch, Manicotti.

I love all the prepping and planning that goes into this traditional dinner. It's my way of showing my husband how much I love him! Manicotti is not that difficult to make from scratch but it's time consuming enough that I only make it for special occasions.

I hope that, as my children grow up, they too will begin to recognize, appreciate, and look forward to this little Valentine's Day tradition my husband & I have started for our family.
