My mom gave me the peony plant that I cut these stems from so they have extra meaning to me and will be placed somewhere special once they are dried.

Now that the fabric is here I'm excited to start making some more baby blankets... Just not exactly sure when I'll find the time?

My mom had a special devotion to The Sacred Heart of Jesus and would ask (remind ;) my family to pray the novena with her each year. Novena begins today and the feast is celebrated next Friday so hopefully I'll remember for all those days in between without her little reminders!

    That fabric is precious and will make wonderful blankets.
    The cards by big brother are so adorable and sweet. That's a lucky baby brother. ;)
