I'm pretty certain food is my love language. I was so excited to surprise my sister on her birthday with our mom's cream cheese cookies (a family favorite) that I practically jumped out of bed at 5:30 on Sunday morning to make them. The best part? I had company! My oldest was just as excited to get up and bake as I was!

That photo of the well-loved book brings back memories, although I can't seem to remember the book's exact title now :-(. The birthday party must have gone well with the happy-looking confetti :-).
