Menu Mondy

We've been spoiled with some gorgeous May weather so far and I'm trying to soak up as much sunshine as I possibly can while it lasts. Since we've been heading to the little park a few blocks from our house after dinner lately, my husband suggested we pack up a picnic and eat there tonight! I've been looking for an excuse to try out this recipe so his request came at the perfect time.
